เมื่อวันที่ 15-16 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2567 บริษัทฯ ได้จัดงานประชุมประจำปีเพื่อแบ่งปันความสำเร็จ ตลอดจนการจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ร่วมกันภายในองค์กร ด้วยความพร้อมและศักยภาพของพนักงานทุกคนส่งผลให้บี. บราวน์ ประเทศไทยเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่องในปี 2566 ที่ผ่านมา

ในปีนี้ บริษัทฯ ได้เชิญคุณวิลาวัณย์ อภิญญาพงศ์ (กัปตันกิ๊ฟ) อดีตกัปตันทีมวอลเลย์บอลหญิงทีมชาติไทย มาบรรยายเพื่อเป็นการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้แก่พนักงานและแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ในเส้นทางอาชีพของตนรวมถึงวิธีการทำงานร่วมกับบุคคลอื่น ทำให้พนักงานมีมุมมองใหม่ ๆ และสามารถนำข้อคิดที่ได้จากสนามกีฬาสู่สนามการทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

B. Braun Thailand National Conference 2024

On 15th – 16th February 2024, B. Braun (Thailand) Ltd. conducted a National Conference aimed at providing employees with an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of 2023. We have not only proven our success but also continued to link our dots to thrive and grow. It is with immense pride that we acknowledge the efforts of all B. Braun group employees, whose contributions have been instrumental in reaching our milestones and propelling us forward into 2024.

This year, we had the privilege of welcoming Ms. Wilavan Apinyapong (Captain Give), the esteemed former captain of the Thai women’s national volleyball team, to deliver an inspirational talk to our employees. She shared invaluable insights into her career journey and effective teamwork strategies. Through her sharing, she brought us new perspectives, enabling our employees to apply the ideas from the stadium to the workplace arena.

Furthermore, the ceremony celebrated various achievements through numerous awards, recognizing outstanding contributions and fostering a culture of excellence. The conference enriched by the exchange of knowledge, experience and featuring team-building activities, highlighted creativity, enjoyment, and cooperation. This strengthened our mutual belief that together, we are poised to advance with our commitment to protect and improve the health of people around the world.
